Learn CPR at the Y and you could save a life!

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is an emergency lifesaving procedure when the heart stops beating. Immediate CPR can double or triple the chances of survival after cardiac arrest. You can learn CPR, basic first aid and AED (automated external defibrillator) training at the Y.

As a YMCA of Greater Cleveland member, you can give the gift of the Y to friends and family members just by telling them to join the Y in December – and it won’t cost you anything.
