We are often asked, “How much exercise do I need each week to benefit from it?” We can shed light on that topic, but the next questions should be, “How can I achieve my workout goals?”

Help us strengthen your community

Thanks to Y member contributions and other donors, in 2021 we helped more than 30,000 people get healthier, served 4,015 children in youth programming, provided $620,000 in financial aid and distributed more than 313,000 pounds of food.
