The YMCA of Greater Cleveland's Y-Club, formerly known as Before and After School Enrichment (BASE), and Preschool programs deliver Y-quality care and youth development. We strongly encourage anyone interested in these services for the next school year to register as soon as possible while spaces remain.

Y Club: We help hundreds of children reach their fullest potential daily in a welcoming, supportive environment. By incorporating the values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility into all of our youth programs, we give children the solid foundation they need to thrive. You will find:

Preschool: Our preschool is like a home away from home where kids ages 3 – 5 years laugh, learn, explore, and grow while creating memories and friendships that last a lifetime. Our preschool programs help children grow in all developmental areas to gain the skills they need as they navigate life! You will find:

  • 1:12 child-to-instructor ratio
  • Nutritious snacks provided
  • Swimming
  • Dedicated, credentialed teachers
  • Financial assistance for those who qualify
  • Toddlers accepted at select locations
     

Our Preschool Curriculum: Our preschool programs focus on preparing children for kindergarten. Our curriculum is based on school readiness skills and is aligned with the Ohio Early Learning and Development Standards.
