Cancer survivors get free support, physical activity with LIVESTRONG
Medical studies have shown that moderate levels of appropriate physical activity can reduce fatigue, boost self-esteem and improve muscle strength and physical endurance in individuals following cancer treatment.

Y-Haven Backyard Project
Mission Moment: Y-Haven Courtyard Project
Y-Haven, a program of the YMCA of Greater Cleveland, provides housing, addiction treatment and other supports to 250 women and men who are homeless, re-entering the community from incarceration and those seeking to recover from opioid addiction.

Donor Spotlight: Mark Brandt
Mark Brandt serves on the Board of Advisors at the Lakewood Family YMCA branch. He has also led the effort to introduce inner-city youth to try something new - the Kids That Tri program located at the downtown Parker Hannifin YMCA branch.
