Our Impact by the numbers
The YMCA believes in a holistic approach to community health that supports each person’s spirit, mind and body—an approach that makes it possible for people from all walks of life to belong and make healthy choices every day.
In 2021, we helped more than 30,000 people get healthier, from our fitness centers to our programs for preventing and managing diabetes, losing weight, controlling blood pressure, surviving cancer, and more.
We provided thousands of seniors with a wide variety of interests and functional abilities exercise through water exercise, strengthening and cardio classes, yoga and stretching classes, and walking clubs.
We created social interactions for members of all ages to fight isolation while strengthening our community.
Members enjoyed more than 4,500 hours of personal training from our expert trainers.
